Preheat your oven to its highest setting. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven now to heat up.
Take the Fresh Pizza Dough Ball and gently stretch it out on a floured surface. Push the air from the center toward the edges to create a nice, puffy crust.
Spoon the Premium Pizza Sauce into the center of the dough. Using the back of the spoon, swirl it outwards in a spiral motion, leaving about an inch of rim for the crust.
Distribute the pieces of Fresh Mozzarella evenly across the sauce. Don't overcrowd the pizza; you want pockets of sauce bubbling through the cheese.
Slide the pizza into the oven (or onto the stone). Bake for 8 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and charred in spots, and the cheese is bubbling.
